Ordering & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay — all processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they're handed to our shipping partner, typically within a few hours of ordering.
Do you offer discounts?
New subscribers get 10% off their first order with the code VELKOMMEN10 (one use per customer). Join the email list at the bottom of any page.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some pieces ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which keeps prices honest but adds a few days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Denmark: 55 kr, free over 590 kr (express: 169 kr). EU: 299 kr, free over 1,000 kr. Rest of the world: 299 kr.
Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?
No surprises: any applicable duties and VAT are calculated and shown at checkout, so the price you pay is final.
Returns & warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery under EU consumer law. For items under 150 kr you don't even need to send anything back; we refund directly. Start a return by emailing us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Every product is covered by the 2-year statutory warranty.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of the approved return, to your original payment method.
Products
Are the photos accurate?
Yes — what you see is the exact variant you receive, including colour and size. Natural materials like solid wood vary slightly from piece to piece; we consider that part of the charm, and we say so on the product page where it applies.
How do I care for wooden products?
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. For cutting boards: hand wash only, and a monthly rub with food-grade mineral oil keeps the wood from drying out.
